Where do you deliver?
We deliver Australia-wide via Australia Post.
How long will it take to process and ship my order?
Vic Metro – 2-4 business days
Vic Country – 3-5 business days
Other states metro – 2-5 business days
Other states country – 3-7 business days
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact shipping days or times but we take responsibility for our product. We will do our best to help you if you experience delivery issues.

Once your order is processed, picked and packed you will receive a tracking link as well as regular updates from our delivery partner.
Returns
Return policy
We are unable to accept returns or process refunds for change of mind once your order has been processed.
We will fully refund or replace any of our products if they are found to be faulty or damaged.
